Hi, I'm Beth Polito, and I get it! Not too long ago I was going through a tough chapter of my life. I was mourning the death of a loved one, dealing with physical injuries from an accident, had financial stress, and was in an auto-immune flare. I was exhausted, in pain, afraid, emotionally devastated, and feeling hopeless and alone. 
I felt like I had tried every tool and modality I knew of, with no success.

Then I found Yoga Nidra! Learning this practice and going through the certification to teach it opened up a pathway to healing. With consistent practice, I found myself feeling calm and hopeful again, and I was able to move through my challenging experiences with steadiness and ease. My body began to recover physically, and my nervous system was no longer triggered by every little thing. I found myself looking forward to my practice and using it in moments where I felt off-center. Yoga Nidra became my trusted friend. I was able to deepen my relationship with myself, my self-care, and my inner peace.

I share all of this to let you know that I am not only a passionate teacher, but a student as well. For more than 10 years this practice has brought me an enormous amount of healing and peace. I believe that it can help you, too. I would be honored to be your guide.

How Does the Challenge Work? 

  • To practice Yoga Nidra you simply need to lie down (or sit) in a comfortable position, close your eyes, and relax. You will be guided through a deep meditation that takes you to that space between being awake and asleep. There you will restore balance to the body, mind, and spirit and allow yourself to remember your true nature as spirit.

     

  • No sweating, twisting, or touching your toes required! 
     
  • Yoga Nidra is easy and anyone can do it! No experience is necessary and there are no contraindications.
      
  • There is no “wrong” way to do the practice, so the pressure is off. You simply relax, listen to the guidance, and allow. That’s it!
     
  • Commit to doing some sort of practice of any length every day for 30 days, anytime of day that you can fit it in. Even if you just take a pause to do some deep breaths, it all counts as a practice of self love and care. Remember that you matter and deserve to be a priority!

About Beth

Elizabeth Polito helps you heal and transform from the inside out. A former Broadway performer, Beth draws from over 20 years of experience in healing, dance, Yoga, and energetics. Her customized sessions repattern negative behaviors and beliefs, freeing you to align with what your heart truly wants to embody. Her unique methodology facilitates personal healing and transformation at the quantum level.

Beth has traveled extensively teaching healing work and Yoga and is passionate about empowering and assisting others in personal transformation. She is a Certified Practitioner of Resonance Repatterning, has been teaching Yoga since 2010 and is an E-RYT500 Certified Yoga Instructor, has worked as a Teaching Assistant/Mentor with The Reconnection, is a Certified Starlight Worker in Llumination the Quest, a Certified Akashic Records Reader, and is trained in several other modalities, including the 111 Activation™ and Matrix Energetics. 

Beth works with clients from all walks of life and is highly skilled at helping those experiencing major life challenges, transitions, or finding themselves at a "crossroads." She has a special love for animals and adores working with them and their owners to explore the deep energetic relationship and connection between pets and their humans!

In addition to healing work, Beth has an extensive background and great love for the performing arts. She has been dancing, singing, and acting since the age of 6, and holds a B.A. in Theatre and Dance from the University of Buffalo. She has performed in musicals on Broadway, on national tours, and internationally. She is also a working choreographer. Her skills as a performer have given her a great foundation as a healer. They have deepened her ability to be a compassionate listener, a clear and adaptable speaker, a highly intuitive guide, and, most importantly, have taught her to find and include humor whenever possible.
