Here are some steps to take RIGHT NOW!

 

1) REQUEST ACCESS TO THE FACEBOOK GROUP

This is where all of the action will take place, as well as bonus content and suprises. Be sure to request access NOW so that you are ready to go. The FB Group officially opens on Thursday.

2) CHECK YOUR EMAIL for my confirmation and open and read the email. You may need to look through spam or promotions. THIS IS IMPORTANT! 

Gmail users...be sure to check your promotions folder and if my emails are in there, drag them over to the primary box! If you don't know how to do this, you can check out this short video as an example. HOW TO ADD EMAIL TO PRIMARY FOLDER 

I will be sending you daily lessons and content via emails and I don't want you to miss anything! Place my address on your "white list" so that the emails go right to your inbox.

 

2) MARK YOUR CALENDAR

We officially kicked off the event via Facebook Live on Monday October 28th, but you are not behind. All of the info will be available in a recap later this week.

 

3) INVITE A FRIEND

It's more fun when we do things with friends! Who do you know who might benefit from slowing down and recharging? Invite them to join you! Send them to www.ditchtheoverwhelm for all of the info. 

 

4) DID YOU JOIN THE FB GROUP YET?

Seriously, that is how important it is to request access. Do this now so that you are ready to go.  JOIN HERE

If the fb group link above doesn’t work, do not worry! It’s a KNOWN Facebook group glitch that sometimes happen, Please try copy & pasting the link OR searching in your fb app “Ditch the Stress and Overwhelm- 5 Day Event Oct 2019”.
